Do you use English in your work ?

Whatever your background, we have a program to help you improve your professional English. You can check your knowledge of key vocabulary and essential expressions and see how they work in context, so that you can communicate more effectively and confidently in your work or in your studies.

Many sections also have tips (advice) on language, language learning and professional information. To make the program more challenging and more fun, many different kinds of test are used, including sentence transformation, gap-filling, word families, multiple choice and crosswords. There is a word list to help you revise key vocabulary.

Vocabulary is an important part of language learning and this program will help you to develop your specialist vocabulary. This program will help you check what you know and increase your knowledge of new concepts and terms in a structured and systematic way.


Accounting

You may be a professional accountant, a student or have an interest in accounting as part of your job. The first section is an introduction to general accountancy terms and concepts. The other seven sections deal with important topic areas in the field of financial accounting and management accounting.

Business : Intermediate

LEGAL

This course will greatly improve your ability to communicate in English in a wide range of legal situations. The course will develop the communication skills you need to succeed in law and will enlarge your knowledge of the legal world. Everybody studying this course will become more fluent and confident in using the language of law and should increase their career prospects.

This textbook is a legal lexicon that will continue to serve students throughout their professional career. This work covers core terminology in the main areas of public and private law and was produced in Quebec.
